PRAYERS

Dear Jessica,
This is a writing meditation for you and your family.  You are in surgery right now and I felt that I needed to do more than simple meditation.  Several themes were more present in my simple meditation and I wanted to type them and to share them, to put them out to your family in the hopes of amplification.  Also, by typing, I feel that I am physically doing something to put the intentions out to the world.

Jessica, may your anesthesia be exactly the recipe that is best for your body.  May you have absolutely no adverse or residual effect from the anesthesia or from the sedation. May it be just enough that your body finds comfort and is free of the pain and be the perfect recipe and proportion for your body through out the surgery.  May your body recover perfectly from the anesthesia.  May the tube used for intubation be perfectly placed so that glides in and out without pressure or cuts in your throat. May the anesthesia team be accurate and wise with all decisions effecting you and may their hands be precise.

May the surgeon make the exact cuts that are best for your body.  May the piece of skull and hair that must be removed reattach easily and heal well with minimal pain and scarring.  May the placement of the skull cuts be perfect and exactly where they need to be to access the tumor.

May the tumor ready itself for removal.  May the surgeon access the tumor easily and with knowledge of the best cuts for your body and your brain.  May his or her hands be exact and perfect for your brain and your body.  May he see exactly what cuts to make to access the tumor and make those exact cuts.  May there be no unnecessary cutting of your brain.  May the tumor be easily removed and be clear in its definitions.

May the surgeon find each and every cell that is needing to be removed and precisely remove it.  May all cells maintain health and perfection and all damaged cells  return to perfection and health.  May the tumor be benign and may this surgery and the healing from this surgery be all that is necessary to return your body to a long life of vitality and health.

As the tumor is removed, may all the surrounding cells be untraumatized from its removal and the release of pressure but may they find their fullness again  and healthy state.  May your headache be relieved, never to return.

May the blood vessels in your body send the oxygen and nutrients to all necessary parts of the your body without excessive loss of blood during the procedure.  May they continue to provide blood to all healthy cells and to all parts of your body that need it.  May you not loose a drop of blood unnecessarily and may all blood vessels heal quickly and accurately and may they continue to provide the blood to your body parts in exactly the way your body needs to thrive.  May this continue through out your life's journey and may there be no excessive damage to the vessels in your body.  May only the precise and necessary cuts of cauterizations be made. May your head be free of excess pressure and may the vessels not bleed in any way that is unnecessary.

May the piece of skull and hair that must be removed be replaced easily and heal unpainfully.

May the memories of your journey stay in tact and may you hold them always.  May you keep all memories, skills and abilities you have as you continue your journey.  Both Long term and short term. May your body remember just how to do everything it knows how to do and may you maintain all skills and abilities as you embark on your healing journey.

May the emotional experience that you and your family and friends are going through be seen in retrospect as a vehicle for growth, appreciation for the connectedness in life and inspiration for renewed connection and purpose.

May your spirit stay strong and may it find a process of growth in this experience.

May you, your hubby your family and friends allow yourselves to experience this event fully and in the best way for yourselves and the integrity of your family and relationships.  May you release the feelings that must be released and experienced and may you find comfort and trust in each other and in the universe.

May your nieces and Nephews be able to experience this with peace and may it be an opportunity for their knowing the strength of family and importance of relationships.

 May you, your husband and your family and friends know that you are held close with love, peace and healing energy during this surgery and during this journey of healing.
